At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative with Reach and Counterbalance FLT experience to work with a leading manufacturing company in Gosport. You will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations.

Shift Patterns

• 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm rotating shifts on weekdays.
• Training days will be 0800 - 1600.

Pay Rates

• 15.25 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for Warehouse Operative FLT - Reach, Counterbalance

• Experience with Reach and/or Counterbalance FLTs
• A UK driving licence

Desirable requirements for Warehouse Operative FLT - Reach, Counterbalance

• Relevant NVQ qualification
• Qualified to GCSE or equivalent in Maths & English grade C or above
• A current Electrical Ride on Pallet Truck Certificate
• PC literate
• Organised and proactive approach
• Flexible in terms of tasks undertaken
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Capable of building and maintaining good working relationships
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Role for Warehouse Operative FLT - Reach, Counterbalance

• Receive, handle, and despatch goods safely and accurately.
• Utilise the warehouse management system to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Perform storage, handling, picking, and locating of finished goods, empty pallets, and raw materials.
• Ensure all tasks comply with Quality, Environmental, and Health and Safety procedures.
