At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work with a leading logistics company in Gloucester. This role involves picking, packing, wrapping, and labelling e-commerce orders, as well as handling and moving stock safely. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment and completing manual handling tasks. We are looking for someone with good attention to detail, reliability, and the physical ability to stand for extended periods.

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Sunday, working 5 days out of 7. Current working hours are 12:00–20:00, with a future change to 14:00–22:00.

Pay Rates

• 13.45 GBP hourly

Essential Requirements for Warehouse Operative

• Minimum of 3 months warehouse experience.
• Legally permitted to work 40 hours per week in the UK.
• Reliable transport to the site at 10 Indurent Park, Gloucester, GL10 3EZ, United Kingdom.
• Availability to work Monday to Sunday, including additional hours when required.
• Suitable level of English for workplace communication and reading instructions.
