At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Powder Processing Operator (Electrode Materials) to work with a leading energy technology company in Hook. This role involves critical production tasks, including handling electrode materials and ensuring high-quality output in a specialized manufacturing environment.

  • 09:00 - 17:00 | Mon - Fri | Fixed

Pay Rates

  • 14.00 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for Powder Processing Operator (Electrode Materials)

  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Motivated and eager to learn.
  • Full-time availability.
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
  • Must be able to wear a tight-fitting full-face respirator and pass a face-fit test (must be clean-shaven where the mask seals).
  • Must be able to deal with regular lifting up to 15 kg and long periods in a disposable coverall.
  • Good understanding of health and safety procedures, especially while working with dangerous chemicals and powders.

Role for Powder Processing Operator (Electrode Materials)

  • Assemble products and components according to company instructions and specifications using hand tools.
  • Unload and de-lump dried powder and perform vacuum transfer to silos.
  • Unload and grind processed material while maintaining quality standards.
  • Conduct quality checks and report any production issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with packing and dispatch.
