At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an HGV 2 Driver to work with a leading catering logistics provider in Luton. This role involves transporting airline catering between the catering unit and aircraft, ensuring safe and on-time deliveries.

Shift patterns:

• 07:00 - 15:00, Monday to Friday, Fixed.

Pay rates:

• 19.50 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for HGV 2 DRIVER:

• Full 5-year work, education, and address history with no gaps.
• Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Long-term UK work rights (British passport, ILR, or Settled Status).
• Basic DBS check (support provided) and no unspent convictions.
• Must live within 40 minutes of the site.
• HMRC employment letter required.

Desirable requirements for HGV 2 DRIVER:

• At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
• Strong team player, adaptable, and flexible in a physically demanding environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with clear communication skills.
• Positive, energetic, and can-do attitude.

Role for HGV 2 DRIVER:

• Transporting airline catering between the catering unit and aircraft.
• Loading and unloading catering trolleys.
• Carrying out vehicle checks.
• Following strict safety procedures.
