Shift Patterns

• 5 days out of 7 including weekends, schedule provided by client.

Pay Rates

• 14.63 GBP hourly

Requirements for Warehouse Operative

• Be able to lift up to 25Kg items on a daily basis.

Responsibilities for Warehouse Operative

• Picking items using a voice-activated headset.
• Safely operate a LLOP in a fast-paced environment, adhering to site health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting and exceeding site pick targets.
• Safely stack items in cages to maximize space and ensure safe transit.
• Perform general housekeeping and other warehouse duties as needed.

Location: Kettering.

Duration: 5 months.
