Pay rates

• 12.81 GBP hourly

Essential requirements for Warehouse Operative

• Reliable and punctual with the ability to commit to 12-hour shifts including weekends.
• Proficient in spoken and written English to follow safety and operational instructions.
• Basic mathematical skills for inventory tasks.
• Comfortable with manual handling, including standing, walking, and lifting.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Desirable requirements for Warehouse Operative

• Basic numeracy skills, such as counting quantities and performing simple addition and subtraction (e.g., if you have 20 items and pack 8, how many remain?).
• Ability to read and follow instructions on a handheld warehouse scanner.
• Strong commitment to attendance and punctuality for the 4-on, 4-off rotation.
• Ability to maintain accuracy while working towards daily productivity targets.
• Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to asking for clarification when needed.
