At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work with a leading logistics company at Heathrow Airport. Shift patterns

• Rotating shifts: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 5 working days out of 7, on a rota basis
• Flexibility is essential, as you will be required to work both shift patterns and any day of the week, including weekends if scheduled

Pay rates

• 14.26 GBP hourly

Essential requirements for Warehouse Operative

• Must provide a full 5-year work, education, and address history with no gaps
• Overseas criminal record check required if you have lived outside the UK for over 6 months
• Basic DBS check mandatory for airside clearance (support provided)
• No unspent convictions that prevent security clearance
• Must hold long-term UK work rights (British passport, ILR, or Settled Status)
• HMRC employment letter required
• Must live within 40 minutes of the site for 4 AM shifts

Desirable requirements for Warehouse Operative

• Familiarity with cargo handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or ULD systems
• Basic knowledge of aviation security procedures and cargo documentation
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and respectful with a positive, energetic, can-do attitude
