At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Northampton. This role involves working on a fresh production line and ensuring high standards of food quality.

Shift Patterns

• 5 out of 7 days per week, including weekends
• Shift hours: 06:00 - 14:30
• Overtime available after 42 hours
• 20-minute tea break and 30-minute unpaid meal break

Pay Rates

• 13.75 GBP hourly

• Demonstrate a willingness to learn daily tasks
• Follow supervisor instructions respectfully
• Work effectively as part of a team by helping coworkers whenever needed

Role for Production Operative

• Working on a fresh production line and assisting with the production process
• Packing and wrapping food products
• Performing quality control of completed products and removing defective ones
• Following recipes to mix or cut ingredients as required
• Weighing or measuring ingredients as per customer specification
• Storing and stacking food in designated areas
• Handling various types of meat and performing hygiene duties

Location: Northampton.

Duration: 5 months.
