Essential requirements for Materials Management Manager

• Experience in logistics, materials, warehousing, or supply chain, ideally within a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory, customs, tooling, and documentation.
• Proficiency in IT systems and strong leadership capabilities.
• Highly organized, customer-focused, and confident in managing priorities and resolving issues.

Desirable requirements for Materials Management Manager

• Experience within a Leonardo Helicopters, OEM, MRO, or Part 145 environment.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations, traceability, calibration, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with customs, international shipping, ERP/WMS systems, audits, and Lean processes.
• Logistics qualifications and experience managing KPIs and SLAs.
• French or Dutch language skills would be advantageous.
• Hands-on experience in Import/Export and stakeholder management.
