Requirements

As a Growth & Marketing Lead you will need to have:

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing or Growth, ideally in B2B SaaS, with a strong operational track record.
• Proven ability to launch and manage performance marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Strong understanding of demand generation, paid acquisition, and conversion optimization.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Analytical and comfortable working with KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, etc.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.

As a Growth & Marketing Lead, it would be desirable to have:

• Launch and manage multi-channel paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Optimize website performance, SEO, and conversion funnels.
• Develop and execute demand generation strategies, including ABM, email campaigns, and lead nurturing.
• Track key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates) and utilize A/B testing and analytics.
• Plan and execute online and offline events (webinars, conferences, meetups).
• Develop marketing collaterals (decks, case studies, landing pages).
• Conduct competitive analysis and refine product messaging.
