Shift Patterns

• 06:00-18:00 or 06:30-18:30
• 4 on 4 off rotation, including weekends

Pay Rates

• 12.81 GBP hourly

Essential Requirements for Warehouse Operative

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 4-on, 4-off rotation
• Good level of spoken and written English to understand safety instructions
• Comfortable with manual handling, standing, and walking for long periods
• Basic numeracy skills (e.g., if you have 50 items and pick 12, how many remain?)
