Introduction

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Redruth. You will support day-to-day production activities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently, maintaining high standards of health and safety, food safety, and product quality.

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday, 05:30 to 14:30

Pay Rates

• 12.94 GBP hourly

Essential Requirements

• Own transport is essential due to the site location as there is no public transport available.
• Experience or willingness to process and pack products, including mixing, blending, and labelling fresh meat products such as pork.
• Availability to work full-time for a long-term assignment.
