• 4 on 4 off rotation

Pay rates

• 12.81 GBP hourly

Essential requirements for Warehouse Operative

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to commit to 12-hour shifts on a 4-on, 4-off rota, including weekends.
• Good level of spoken and written English to understand safety instructions.
• Comfortable with manual handling, including standing, walking, and lifting.

• Basic numeracy skills (e.g., if you have 50 items and pick 12, how many remain?).
• Ability to read and follow instructions on a handheld scanner.
