Must-have requirements for Forklift Driver

• 6-12 months Reach truck driving experience
• Loading and unloading goods
• Pallet handling and stacking
• Experience working in busy warehouse environments
• Safe load handling and hazard identification
• Pedestrian safety awareness
• No history of serious safety violations
• Ability to complete pre-use checks
• Ability to sit and operate machinery for extended periods
• Ability to handle manual tasks when required
• Good level of English

Desirable requirements for Forklift Driver

• Additional forklift licences
• Trained in manual handling and working at height
• Background experience in the retail industry
• Ability to meet or exceed KPIs
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Willingness to support picking and other departments

Role for Forklift Driver

• Operate FLT equipment safely and efficiently within a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Load, unload, move and store stock safely and accurately
• Carry out daily equipment checks and report any defects or damage
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures, site rules and safe working practices at all times
• Follow instructions from Team Leaders and Managers and support other warehouse duties as required
