At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Dishroom Operative to work with a leading provider of premium airline catering services in Hounslow. You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitising catering equipment, trays, and utensils to the highest hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment.

Shift patterns

• Any 5 days out of 7 on a rotational rota.
• Rotating shifts: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required by the business.

Pay rates

• 12.71 GBP hourly

Essential requirements for Dishroom Operative

• You must provide a full 5-year work, education and address history with no gaps.
• If you lived outside the UK for over 6 months, an overseas criminal record check will be required.
• A Basic DBS check is mandatory for airside clearance, and you must have no unspent convictions.
• You must hold long-term UK work rights (British passport, ILR or Settled Status).
• An HMRC employment letter is required.
• You must live within 40 minutes of the site for 6am shifts and be flexible with shifts and days.

Desirable requirements for Dishroom Operative

• Previous experience in a dishwashing, cleaning, warehouse, catering, hospitality, or food production environment.
• Experience operating industrial dishwashing machinery.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume, or temperature-controlled environment.
• Experience working within a diverse, multi-cultural team.
• Ability to perform regular manual handling and heavy lifting of up to 25 kg.
• Dependable, adaptable, and flexible with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
