At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Driver to work with a leading retail distribution company in Dunstable. You will be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, focusing on picking and packing tasks using an FLT Reach truck.

Shift Patterns

• Any 5 out of 7 days

Pay Rates

• 15.87 GBP hourly

Essential Requirements

• 6-12 months of experience operating a reach truck
• Ability to load and unload goods safely
• Experience in pallet handling and stacking
• Strong understanding of pedestrian safety and hazard identification
• Ability to perform pre-use machinery checks
• Good level of English communication

Desirable Requirements

• Additional forklift licences
• Training in manual handling and working at heights
• Previous experience in the retail industry
• Ability to meet or exceed performance KPIs
• Capacity to work well under pressure

Role

• Operate reach trucks to move stock efficiently within the warehouse
• Perform picking and packing duties to support order fulfillment
• Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Support other warehouse departments as required
