Introduction

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work with a leading logistics company in Kettering. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment to support efficient distribution operations.

Shift Patterns

• 5 days out of 7 including weekends, weekend availability is mandatory.
• Schedule is provided by the client at the beginning of the assignment.

Pay Rates

• 16.47 GBP hourly

Essential Requirements

• Be able to lift up to 25kg items on a daily basis.

Role Responsibilities

• Picking items using a voice-activated headset.
• Safely operate a LLOP in a fast-paced environment, adhering to site health and safety regulations.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and meet site pick targets.
• Safely stack items in cages to maximize space and ensure safe transit to stores and hubs.
• General housekeeping and other warehouse duties as needed.
