Shift patterns

• Early shift (6am-2pm)

Pay rates

• 12.77 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for Warehouse Operative

• Own transport to and from work to ensure punctual arrival
• Ability to work as part of a team
• High level of accuracy
• Ability to pick and pack items through a voice headset
• Ability to work standing for the duration of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 12kg
• Basic PC knowledge
• Good timekeeping and work ethic
• Adaptable to change

Desirable requirements for Warehouse Operative

• Previous warehouse experience in picking and packing
• Previous experience using voice picking headsets
• Team player with good communication skills
• Positive attitude and physical stamina
• Strong safety-conscious attitude
• Attention to detail, flexibility, and problem-solving skills
